I have lived here for four years. This will be my last year here simply because of the noise. I love the apartment itself. The management has been hit or miss mostly miss. the wall that separates my apt. from the duplex upstairs/next door is thin. I know to much about the previous two tenants way to much. It has been unbearable for the past two years. laser quest and Rocks are a big BIG really big problem. with noise,parking and hoodlums. I have had my car vandalized. I have had to call the police once for my neighbors and once for loitering in the parking lot.
I have not encountered the pest problem that others seem to have though.
the parking is horrible esp. on the weekends see above. also while it is true the building has security it is pointless if tenants prop the door open. I have found chicken wings and cigarettes on the stairs on many occasions.
If you are not a bar/club person stay away.
P.S. I am so glad I am moving from this place trying to get anything accomplished from the office is nearly impossible.
the walls and floor are still damaged from when the toilet overhead overflowed and the tenants were not there. water coming down until 4 am. that was over a month ago. The floor was already damaged from when the dishwasher spilled out water. because the hose was not fitted correctly that was three years ago, and an emergency maintenance call that went unanswered. water damage from the shower in the overhead apt.,almost four years ago. was not installed correctly so ever time the upstairs tenants took a shower it would leak. that was fixed. but not the water damage.
my noise complaints have gone unanswered and unresolved. the ice maker was not installed when I moved in as well the pump for the Jacuzzi tub. I do not for the life of now why I stayed so long must be insane.
