hmm i think you should decide From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/17/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I will say that you get what you pay for. I have a 2bd and i think that the apts themselves are in a great location, but the apts are quite old. The bathrooms have ugly colored tile which you can deal with. the parking is horrible please dont come home after bout 8pm and dont even think about it on the weekends. it is very loud and it seems that no matter how many times you complain the problem is never taken care of. The main reason for me moving is the bug situation and the poor lighting. the stairs are old and rickety basically a nightmare to walk down or up. My daughter has to be picked up each and everytime. also you can see into my apt at the bottom of the door. i feel as though someone should come and clean the common areas at some point..but overall its an okay place. I will not be renewing my lease but if you are just starting out or starting over and are on a tight budget then its probably a good match.
