I've lived here for 6 years and have found these apartments to be an excellent value. Although the style of the apartments seems older, they are very well built and maintained. I can't heard my neighbors unless they're having a party. When I saw how cheap they were, I expected to see some drug dealers on the corners but instead I saw couples walking children. There seems to be a lot of young couples here like ourselves which is nice. The playground could use some work and the tennis courts were never rebuilt after they were taken out by the Hurricane. Rent has increased by about $25/year but under $800 for a 3 bedroom is still outstanding. Maintenance is very quick for urgent items like a leak or air conditioning problem. However, make sure that you get any issues fixed when you first move in because maintenance is non-existent for non-urgent items like a failed doorbell or light fixture not working. The grounds are kept very clean and there is a lot of grassy areas for kids to play. All-in-all we've been very pleased. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
