This is a great place to live, particularly if you're a VCU student. All utilities are included is a MAJOR plus. The staff is so nice and friendly. The building is not a dump and it's kept clean and up to date. You have the option of getting underground parking for an extra $75 a month, otherwise you'll have to do street parking. There is a laundry facility in the basement.
My only complaint is that maybe once or twice a week for a couple hours, one of the two elevators the building has will go out of service or be reserved for someone to move in. This may or may not even be a problem depending on what floor you live on (there are 19 floors) and you don't mind taking the steps.

Garage parking is $60.00 per month, not $75.00.
Yes, the only way to schedule move ins is that one elevator may be reserved, otherwise, there would be no way to get heavy furniture to the higher floors. We hate that this is an inconvenience to residents trying to catch the elevator, but it is necessary.
