I love living here. I just wish it was kept up throught out as well as the management office is. Even the landscaping is better in front of the office, while the rest of us hardly have grass and the people that cut it don't even do a good job.
Parking would be allright if there weren't people trying to sell 3-4 vehicles at a time.
There have been shootings and no response to the community regarding our safety afterwards.

I lived there and moved out in 2003. Management was irresponsible. The office staff changed mounthly. When I finally moved out, I notified the staff as soon as I closed on my home giving more than adequate notice. They did not come for a walt through. I paid the current and an extra month rent. They rented the unit in September and have tried to mame me pay the moth also which is a violation of federal housings rules. They will not take the negative entry off of my credit report. Poor management.
