I was evicted from here after I paid my rent. First I moved over here in 2006, and they had me pay for two months of rent and a extra $250 deposit. I should have known from this that something won't right, then I ended up having a rat in my apartment and it took them almost a month to try to get rid of it. Then the security over there or what is supposed to be security, like to harass the residents every day. The managers in the office like to threaten you over the phone. Don't deal with these people if you can help it. The apartments as far as space is fine its the office and they always switching office staff.

I have nothing but good things to say about the office manager. When I moved in I paid a deposit plus my pro-rated rent for the rest of that month I havent even seen a cat or anything outside much less a rat inside. And the area is well lite at night. I'd recommend anyone who enjoys being in a central location to Morningside anyday

besides the maintenance issues i wanted to know if these apartments have roaches? thinking about moving here. coming from chamberlayne ave and just can't deal with anymore roach problems.
