i lived in morningside from 01-08 and i can honestly say that the office workers are rude, they cant keep mantance so things will never get fix, they move anybody in. They never repaired anything, my dishwasher was broke for years b/c i need a new one but they insist on keep fixing it, so i went w/o a dishwasher for years! I had a big hole in my cieling for months b/c they never repaired my bathroom upstairs, so water linked through the ceiling and caused my cieling to fall, they never repainted my walls when requested and never replace my carpet! The mantance will always swicth, it was to the point where they only had 2 mantance men! They were soppose to remodel my whole bathroom upstairs and never did. Had a man to come in and take measurments, and never came back! Then when i moved tried to charge me everything i requested that needed to be fix! I almost had to take them to court! That's when the papers magically appeared and they disregaurd the payments!
