WOW. I really shocked to read all these bad things about morningside. This June will be a year and I haven't had any problems with maintenance. I do notice that all of these reviews are from people who live in the garden apartments, I'm guessing that they are older than the townhomes. I stay in the townhomes and last summer when I first moved into the apt my ac system did break but the maintenance crew came out and fixed it in no time. As far as the loud noise someone was talking about I find it to be quite, but then again I do stay all the way in the back closer to the residental neighborhood. I biggest concern was coming from an apt on chamberlayne to here was if there was gonna be a roach problem. happy to say I don't have any of them. And these people think they have bad maintenance, please where I was living I didn't even have a number to call, you had to send emails or go to the office that was not located close to your apt. I think Im more greatful. Maybe I just lucked out and have a great apt but when I do need maintenance I haven't had any problems with them coming. I do plan to stay here for another year.

This is just mananger trying to sound good..I live in a townhouse here and its been hell and its still ghetto and loud music with that Nerds car here with all his ghetto people..The staff suck and are rude as hell..what happen to monica??

I live in a townhouse around Acorn Lane as well and it's horrible. Only two more horrendous months to go and I'm out!

THIS IS CRAZY. I HONESTLY HAVEN'T HAD A PROBLEM STAYING HERE. I'VE ASK A COUPLE OF MY NEIGHBORS AND THEY WERE SHOCKED TO SEE THAT SOME PEOPLE THINK THIS IS A VERY BAD PLACE TO LIVE.
