I just moved in so I can really tell you the real on these apts. These apartment are beautiful but they do have a few problems. They have been newly renovated but some of the material that they use is quite cheap. For example, they use sliding closet doors which are easy to get off track and hard to get back on track. Most of my closet doors are just standing closed with out being able to put it back on track to fix it. I will be calling maint. for that. Another issue is the roach problem. The orkin man came by and sprayd my newly renovated apt but some roaches are still showing up. It is pretty sad that these beautiful apartments have bug problems. Other than that, I would stay here another year if it wasn't for the bugs. I feel very comfortable here otherwise but I just can not deal with bugs. So if they fix that problem, the apartment would be fit for a queen!

I agree..this is such a beautiful comfortable place to live but the pest problem is a pest!!
