if you can put up wit potholes, cockroaches, leaks, stray cats living under every apartment building, bats outside, snakes in the creek/SEWER, illegal immigrants dealing drugs at the playground around the children, vandalism of all kinds, police patroling and bullying harassing anyone they can find (but cant lock up the drug dealers and pimps and whores) and staff who could care less about anything except their nails and penmanship- then this is the place for you!! there are terrible neighbors and booming music, parties everyday of the night and no sidewalks- so the street is the only wsy to get around. AND- there is no guarantee that your apartment will not get broken into and robbed.... one step in that place speaks for itself...

All this went on and you lived there for approximatley three years. I find that amazing most people would be running away.

this isnt bull. I currently live in nottingham green and we have the same problems.... NO PARKING since theres 10 people living in the apt next to me and everyone has 3-5 cars.... weve had roaches, and I keep my apt clean but when they sprayed downstairs they came up, you could see them on steps and walls coming upstairs, Ive asked apt people to fix stuff and most of the time they do..after about 2-3 weeks. the cops are ALWAYS here, if they took 1cent off for every cop in ng everytime, my rent would be free!! theres gang violence, vandalism, someones been lightin the dumpsters on fire, ect ect the only reason im here is bc of money problems, but im trying to find somewhere better then this hell hole! DONT move here, get somewhere nicer with a friend and split it or something! especially if you have a family, then dont bring them here
