I too share the same sentiments as those post before me. The things that the staff does for the residents is absolutely amazing. I have lived in a couple apartments in Richmond and various other states and never been treated as graciously and warmly as I have here. Even the maint. guys are great and go out of their way to give you a smile and wave!

Until I am transferred again, The Oaks will be my home in Richmond!
