I have lived at The Oaks for almost a year now and have had nothing but great experiences. I moved here from one of the NEWEST complexes in the Short Pump area which couldn't begin to compare to The Oaks. Granted the place is a little older but the buidlings look great and the insides have nice homely touches.

Everyone in the office is great (much different from my old place) and always greet you by name, with a smile, and ask if everything is OK in your apartment. Maintenance guys are really good too!! That was a pleasant surprise from the grumpy guys that I was use to dealing with at my other place.

Have only lived in Richmond for a year and a half but have met most of my friends/acquaintances while living at The Oaks. Great parties and get togethers are always happening.

Will probably stay here until I get ready to get a house. Good place, good people, and good price!!
