Oaks at Gayton

GREAT place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/17/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   I lived in the Oaks from 2003-2005. Since then I have lived in 2 other (more expensive) apartment communities, and I can say that neither has come close to the Oaks. Maintenance at the Oaks was WONDERFUL. They came immediately and were so nice. Other places take weeks. Also, the office staff at the Oaks was always pleasant and easy to deal with. And they did not charge us for ridiculous "damages" when we moved out like other apartments do. I didn't have any problems when I lived there, and I miss it! This was a fabulous place to live and I may move back when my current lease is up.
