Great place to live

Everyone has commented on the office staff and maintenance...they are top notch and very professional. The apartments are getting some nice small remodeling this this summer(2007)

Downside- My neighbors are great but the sound qualities in the apartments are just fair. If you are in the building where everyone tries to be a good neighbor then its wonderful but some noise abatements(floors/carpeting and pads might help.
