Oaks at Gayton

I've lived in many apartments and this is by far the nicest for the money. It was a little high for us due to downsizing but the we couldn't pass up such a great place. The grounds and the exteriors of the buildings are well maintained and beautiful, the staff are friendly and always courteous (seems like rare commodity, these days), it's quiet, feels safe. There is a nice pool and a decent gym (especially for the average human) due to the relatively low weight options for free-weights), a well maintained jungle gym, two nice tennis courts, and lots of dog area. The folks that live here are just as nice as the apartments and besides a few minor complaints (barking dog, squeaky floors, old windows) there really isn't much to not like about these apartments. Our porch is enormous and nothing short of awesome. The only thing that could make the porch better is , 1) an electrical outlet, and 2) screened in. BTW, we opted for an "upgraded" apartment that included upgraded appliances, fixtures and, what appears to be, in better cosmetic condition than some of the other non-upgaded, or standard apartments.
If I had only 3 wishes to make this place better, from my current perspective I'd wish the windows were more energy efficient, more light posts around the property, along the sidewalk, and the floors weren't so squeaky.
Here is a link to the property from a birds eye view:
