I live here for 2 years nothing ever gets fixed the employees are idiots and very GHETTO! If you move in please get Renters Insurance. Be careful at night this place is known for drugs, theives, and murderers. A girl was found in the dumpster at this place. A man was murdered here too! The apts are spacious, and convienient to everything. Beware though this place is HOOD!!

It is sad to read this about this place. I currently live out of state and is looking to live here in Richmond soon. I was considering these apartments... But until they upgrade their information in the Apartment Guide, show more than one photos of the rooms inside, i will not consider moving here. I do think it's great that people can post their opinions of where they lived. But for the actual property owners of these places.. I don't think that's good to others who may want to live here... Now i do know that one bad apple can't and will not spoil it for the rest. I do realise that things are going to happen from time to time. But i do agree.... if you put money into a place and expect good people to come and live there.. expect their rent on time, you can not put section 8 people with working class people. It just does'nt mix. And trust me you are going to have problems . I know because i paid the asking cost for my apartment which was $850. a month because i was working . My neighbor, whose door was 3 feet from mine paid $27.00 a month for the same apartment i had , yet she had section 8 . In otherwards, we had a Townhouse that looked exactly alike . Now all the things that i'd encounter, trash at my door, chicken bones scattered,and she smoked alot, her buts were thrown on my mat, screen door torn, sheets at the window, police visits every week, loud music, traffic throughout the night and she was loud and irate all the time because she dranked alot . You see.. theres a big difference in what and how people feel about where they live.. especially when you don't have to pay for it... So i do hope that not only residence or people who are looking to consider this place, but i do encourage the owners of these places to take into consideration that when people are allow to post their personal thoughts on the internet about your property, it does make a difference where one should spend their money.
