lack of cutomer service

i would be very glad if for once somebody picks up the phone in the office within the hours of 11am and 230pm.what are the staff in the leasing office being paid for.The proprietors of the company should make it a point to check on the them periodically and make sure they are doing what they are being paid to do. Such flagrant lack of customer service and lackadaisical attitudes must be nipped in the bud.
