I am going on my 2nd year and hope to be moving soon. 1st of all when I do reach the office the computers are always down so noone can ever tell me anything. My apt building lights have been out for about a month so when I leave my apt at night I can barely see coming down the stairs. Two of my neighbors leave trash outside of their door on a regular basis for weeks at a time. The property has not been cleaned in ages. The kids run amock all over the neighborhood cursing standing in the way while you are driving(I know not and incident not secluded to Overlook but still)not their fault but that of the parents who don't watch them. My apt is nice but the atmosphere in the neighboorhood does not make it worth it. I hope to be moving soon.
