I've been here for 2 years now I like the apartment itself its very roomy and more than enough space. I love the laundry room. The neighborhood itslf I don't like much and I don't really care for the rental office staff, there are alot of children out here and they have no where to play. When it comes down to it these apartments are starting to be run down and ghetto! I'm so ready to move!

I so agreeeee with you. This place is doable when it suits your immediate needs. After serving your immediate purpose for moving here - carefully choose your battles, as there will be many, then MOVE! YOU MUST KEEP YOUR CHILDREN NEAR TO YOU. They are endangered either via wreckless drivers, or by having no place to play that is near their unit, or by child molester types, some of whom are documented. Parents, children and guardians stay aware .... Thank goodness the previous staff is gone. - Now if the new management would just get rid of on-site property manager .... The Black American lady in the office is quite respectful, sincere and deligent in her attempts to listen for understanding and resolution w/o imposing and slurring ugly un-solicited negative and not respectful feedback to tenant's inquiries. Well, good-luck to you all.
