I moved into this apt thinking all is good...when suddenly 5 months down the road they change the rules on paking...now everyone, residents, get towed overnite...which is 150.00...if the name on the lease doesnt match your registration...you will get towed! Not only that, maintance doesnt answer calls, kids run rampid around the complex, people throwing trash everywhere, and hey they dont care. I pay 753.00 a month and they are telling me I cant have one parking space...which are plentiful to come by, because the car isnt in my name'...hey guys not everyone can afford a car in their name when they pay 753. a month. Screw this complex...your a sucker if you move in....and by the way the mgrs. are complete -------s, always having an attitude

I agree with you 100% they don't answer the phone in the office.They office closes anytime they feel and early on Friday and not open on Sunday.1820 is the worst building.The laundry is always closed.They towed my car too.The complex is nice but some of the people in it...............GHETTO.Washers and dryers should be free and their not.The weekends if you have an emergency repair it won't get fixed.

I agree also. My issue is with my loud ass neighbor downstairs. They are moving all of this project trash in this complex, and I'll be damned if I continue to pay close to $800.00 when this fat ----- can sit at home all day and collect a check. Must be nice to be on welfare. You also get notices for 'home care' inspections almost every month to see how your housekeeping is. I agree you must keep your house clean but how you clean it and when you clean it is your freakin business. All they are concerned about it collecting rent. They also keep changing the amount of my rent without telling me then they give me a late rent notice threatening to take me to court. And they charge you $10.00 just for the notice! I mean how hard is it to type a paper and tape it to the door? It sure doesn't cost no 10 damn dollars. They also can't count either because they just be adding charges on the notices.

Totally agree. Slumlord is what they are. They are not considerate of the renters and can care less about keeping the peace amongst neighbors. They need to put all of the dirty trash out and let the responsible renters live in peace. As long as the rent is paid, they don't give a $$#@ who is causing problems for others and disturbing the peace. Put the GARBAGE OUT. Maintence crew: do your job responsibly and promptly. Management: find another job if you don't want/or know how to handle the one you have. They have such a turn over of managers over here it's hard to keep up with who is in charge. Stop doing all of those 'audits' every other month, it's only required once a year! Somebody is trying to clean up someone else's %$%%-ups. The attitudes are garbage and opening and closing when they feel like it is garbage. LOSERS.... get a grade of "F"!
