Great Location! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   This is a prime spot for anyone in their 20's or 30's looking for easy access to both the Fan and Downtown. Also, it's two stoplights from I-95 which makes a commute to the neighboring suburbs of the West End a breeze. Management has been nothing but friendly and urgent service requests are handled promptly. In contrast, some of the more routine, less-urgent tasks have taken more time than was anticipated -- likely due to a long list and a short staff. As can be expected with a brand new apartment building, the new appliances, painted walls, etc., are outstanding.
