I lived at Park West End for a full year. I was amazed the first time I walked into the rental office. I was not even a resident yet, however the whole staff made me feel right at home. I was welcomed and invited into the community. When I moved into my new apartment I was greeted by lots of welcoming treasures including a host of coupons for the Richmond area. Throughout my stay at Park West End the staff continuted to acheive the high standards they back up with guarantees. My maintenence requests were always promptly completed and were fixed correctly and followed by courtesy calls from the office staff. Park West End is wonderful from the office staff down to the beautiful landscaping!
