I lived in another complex in the west end and it was EXTREMELY loud. Considering how many people live here it is still relatively quiet. The apartments are a good contemporary basic space, usually with new carpet and most with fireplaces. Dressing them up is pretty easy, and a good coat of paint in a color to suit what you want would make them even more personal. There's been some management and maintenance issues in the past but they are working daily to try to get all of this resolved.
