This place is a waste of money. Rent averages $1/sq foot to $1.20/sq foot, which is outrageous for an apartment this tiny (850 sq ft 2 bedrooms) when other apartment neighborhoods within a few miles radius charge much less for much newer apartments average $0.80/sq foot. The one bedroom is very small. The apartments are older, 15yrs or so, and drafty with single pain windows and poorly insulated doors. No utilities are included so heating and cooling in peak months can get a little expensive, but at least it is electric. Lack of storage and closet space make it hard for two people to live even in a two bedroom. Maintenance is VERY slow as we went a week without a/c in July (Our service request was lost twice.) and safety is over looked as the outside lighting has not worked in over a year. The parking lot is virtually dark except for hallway lights on some units. The people in the rental office always lie about the problems getting fixed or the new amenities we are getting like dog pick up stations that were mentioned early summer when new management took over, but never showed up. Only a few people pick up after their dogs. There is one monster dog here that leaves huge messes, even right by the rental office, that are not picked up. They say there is a $50 fine but I dont think they enforce it at all. Also, rent goes up here dramatically if you move in with any special offers after the first year. Im not happy here and I cannot wait to move to a much better, less expensive, well lit, safe, apartment complex.
