Apartments are ok. I have seen good response time from management on repair issues. Don't be late even a day on rent, it's a 100 charge plus you have to get a money order or cashiers check for that month.

Also don't live on the 1st floor. You will have to listen to EVERY FOOTSTEP from the tenant above. I thought fat albert was my neighbor until I met the 120 lb dude living above me.

It seems like a decent complex, but there is only ONE dumpster in the entire place and if you don't live near it or enjoy carrying trash a long way then you're stuck.

Very nice pool and deck area, should be nice in the summer.

Fitness center is better than nothing but equivalent to a home gym. Parking is never a problem, always a close enough space for my car and truck.

Groundskeeping is also very nice, good landscaping if thats important to you.

Right off of broad street, where everything is convenient. You can get a haircut, eat dinner, buy a car, go to Gold's gym all in a couple miles.

Don't live here if you want to meet a lot of college chicks, there are none that I'm aware of, stick to the fan.
