This place is a good one for students at VCU. It's close to everything and relatively quiet. What sucks is the people here! Nobody picks up after themselves. Fences have been left in sad shape, lightposts were not installed properly (kinda creepy at night when they're all leaned over), and the new management made some new rules to make us pay for guests to swim in the pool. They want us to sign up for passes and they supposedly monitor the area. NOT very welcoming at all. The gym is a little dirty, but it IS open all night if you like that. The rent has gone up a lot too since I've been here. Good things... move in specials are pretty good, washer and drier hook ups are for full size, and wonderful location.
