Park West End prides itself in trying to make their residents happy. Unfortunately, there are people whom no matter what you do, are not satisfied. In response to the complaint about inspections, the management staff provides adequate notice to all tenants so if someone doesn't take time to read the notices, well, the blame doesn't fall onto the staff. Be responsible for yourself and let others do the job that they have been hired to do! Take care and good luck.
