I ve had no problems whatsoever. But I kind of see these office people to be a little arrogant these days. They are just not doing well with the trash compactor. They should have more dumpsters around the complex. They just refuse to do this. Rent may be reasonable.
Inspecting apartments (though in the agreement) is a pain. They just barge in .. (they do let you know .. yet its the biggest pain) - Someone needs to tell them not to do this .. !
and yeah .. look at their posts here, they must suck ... though they smile externally
