For Management:

My husband and I are moving to Richmond next month. I have never rented from you. I just want you to know that there is no possible way we would ever consider renting an apartment from a landlord that does monthy (or yearly for that matter) inspections. I've rented for many years in Illinois, Wisconsin, Georgia and have NEVER had such a thing imposed on me. What a terrible invasion of privacy, regardless of if a tenant is "notified."

I've been there for almost a year, and there has never once been an inspection! Stop listening to the malarchy!!!!
