I lived in these apartments one year. I hated it. I lived on a corner. I had to always walk in the house near a very dark corner. One time the lights on the building blew out, and I reported it-but it took them 8 days to respond to my request. I always had centipedes in my apartment, and when you kill them they leave stains on your walls-gross! I had to pay $30 extra per month for a washer and dryer. That sucked. All together after fees and rent combined my rent alone was about $865 a month, and I had a roomate-but it still was not worth it. They taked your water bill onto rent, and it varied EVERY month because it went by the AVERAGE of the ppl that have the same bedroom/bathroom # and size as your apartment. I had 2BR/2BTH-so everyone that had that style apt. payed the same amount in water everymonth. It sucked b/c many of those ppl have kids-and I had to pay an AVG! The maint. staff was ghetto-they even came to your houses with their girlfriends/wives whoever. They did not care when you reported noisy neighbors and the beer bottles and cigarette "farm" they left on the ground. They wanted more than a few people to complain about it first. Then I got screwed on the lease. I rented 4 a yr. but with two 6-month leases, at least that what I thought. On the 2nd half of the lease, come to find out they "mistyped" it supposedly, and we signed a 7-month lease-and they tried to say that they offer 7-month leases when they know damn well they don't. I was heated, and was forced to pay for teh entire month that I had already moved out. I'm a college student, and I called the lady at the rental office a ----- and she had the audacity to tell my mom-like my mom cared! My mom told her it was good that I called her a ------and that she really was one-and called her one herself! I would not advise ANYONE to live here! Our cooking stove broked in the kitchen. The coils just fell and sparked flames, and made teh smoke alarms go off and everything. Needless to say we had to eat out 4 a about 13 days. Maint, ordered tgat wrong coil to fit the stove and then it took a week for the new one to come. My roomate even got her tires flattened in this complex, and mind you we are not from Richmond, and did not know anyone to have friends nor enemies. It is always very dark in this complex, and with the suspicious, careless, party getters that live around here, including the rental office staff, I would not be suprised if crimes have occurred there lately. Please re-think moving here. It is a decent price 4 nice size apartments, but I felt like I lived in a hell for 1 year.

In support of maintenance, they only bring people when you call them out after hours or on weekends for an emergency! What do you expect when you call them on their day off??!!
