After searching for about a month in the west end of richmond. We decided on this place due to the great deals and welcoming atmosphere. There have been a few problems with our apartment but nothing major and they were taken care of by maint. We do feel safe in the area and have no problems walking around at night. I think everyone has their own opinion, but in mine this is a great place if you are looking to be close to downtown, or to the far west end but not having to deal with the hassel of living in either. Every thing you could want is very close by , and the neighbors I've met so far are very nice.
