I have lived here for quite a few years and have had no problems. I think that if you truly have a problem that can not be addressed then you are beyond help. The office staff all three Robert, Pat, and Kelly the manager are wonderful. When you come into the office they all make you feel like you are a wanted resident. They are very friendly and will do what is within their power to help you. This is an older community and many people on here do not understand how different locations can affect the price. But all that aside I have been her for quite a bit and the most major thing I have had happen was my dishwasher had a leak and it was quickly fixed. If you want a quality, centrally located place then Park West End is the place for you.
