Perfect for College Students

Unfortunately my lease is ending and I will be moving, but I truly recommend this place to anyone, especially college/grad students, such as myself. The only reason that I'm leaving is that I need more kitchen space. That's probably my biggest complaint is that the kitchens are too small to do any real down home cooking. Other than that, this place was great. Parking was never an issue. The maintenance staff was excellent (they handled all of my complaints usually within an hour or so after I requested them!) An the leasing office staff is the best I've ever dealt with! They handle all your issues, answer any questions you may have, and are totally honest with you. The neighborhood is generally quiet (think I might've gotten the one noisy neighbor, but we became friends, so I got him to control the music levels). I feel more than safe walking to and from my car, the mailboxes and the laundry room at night. And it's definitely pet friendly! There are so many dogs always being walked its adorable! Like I said, this is a great place for a student as you have plenty of quiet time to study and just relax.
