this is the worst apt ever. The neighbors are tremendously noisy and the apt. staff/manager will do nothing about it. They do take your complaints (and I know many residents that have complained so it wasn't just me) but they do NOTHING to remedy the problem! ditto. noise is a major problem in this apt complex and i can't wait to move out either. the leasing office will make idle promises on what they will do to fix the problem i.e. send letters to the offenders, speak with them in person, blah blah...once its all said and done-- the noise continues. with the right staff and a manager who truly cares, the apt complex itself could be renonvated into something really nice because it's located in a GREAT area (between downtown and the west end) it just sucks that there are residents who make noise and don't care how it bothers other people.

I am a current resident and I am experiencing the same issue with the noise. My neighbors downstairs are loud, yelling when talking, loud music and t.v. all times of the night. It is ridiculous if I wake up in the middle of the night I can't go back to sleep because the tv is loud. I should not be able to hear what you are watching or hearing you cursing each other out.
