The guys who cover the maintenance do an okay job, if you make sure and be present while they do their work, otherwise they'll do a half---- job and leave you stuck having to call them again.

The problem with that is that you have to call the leasing office, who tend to lose messages and have awful communication with the maintenance team.

More often than not, if you call the leasing office, you'll get their voicemail, which they "check regularly".

Ha! Whenever I had to leave messages for them, they were never received, or whoever did hear them didn't give a crap and ignored my concerns.

That plays a huge part in the bad communication between the staff and maintenance.

What's more, the staff are just plain incompetent regardless, so you're better off just hunting down the guys in the golf cart if you need anything fixed.

Otherwise, you're stuck with a broken garbarge disposal or a shower head that sprays all over the bathroom floor for three weeks before anything is done!!

Other than the bad staff, the place is sort of nice.

A good amount of parking.

Good location, though the huge radio transmitters very close by tend to haunt every radio you'll have with XL102 FM.

Pretty quiet; I don't usually hear much noise from my neighbors, unless they're shouting or blasting their TV, which is rare.

You might get woken up by whatever loud construction the complex is doing that week.

But for what they're charging me in rent, I could get 100 extra square feet for the same price at Honey Tree.
