I lived in Pine Court II for two years and had zero problems. It's right on VCU's campus. All utilities are included in the price which was great too. Very clean, management and staff were extremely nice and helpful- they would go out for their way to make sure everything was running smoothly and going okay for us. Maintenance came usually the day I reported a problem and came and fixed it. It also had underground parking available. You have to punch a code to get in and the apartment was all college students so I never felt unsafe. I loved living there and almost regret moving out because it was so convenient. For a college student, it's great!
