Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
Our son rented an apartment during the year of 2007-2008 and I have nothing but good words for these apartments. They were always clean when we visited him. Compared to the aparment he had the year before in the Grace Steet area this was a place for around the same money. I would rated these apartment with an A
