While the contemporary style and square footage are appealing. Think again! 1st, the windows have holes around them=constant draft.2nd the hardwood floors will stab your feet becuase of their shoddy restoration. 3rd: old building=ancient huge bugs!! crawl out of the beams and brick. Don't forget that this is also an event space, and this event place has 1st priority over everything else. You will hear the events all night long, and forget about parking close to the buliding to bring in groceries etc when events are going on. A christmas party tent actually blocked the entrance to the apartment door, so if you needed in or out you couldn't during the entire evening. In addition, if you find you are lonely in this buliding, you may simply go into your bathroom and hear the entire conversations or your roomates beneath you in their kithen. As for a final note, consider the area. I was panhandled in the early evening trying to bring in groceries. thank god I had some cash on me, because he wasn't leaving me until I gave him money. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

Great square footage and nice appliances, but certain apartments are VERY DARK. Nice rooftop area....residents seem friendly enough, but increasing banquet and events are a concern. Havinga concert outside your window at times is not a stretch....I have witnessed it. Leasing agent Tovah B. is no longer with the company...that's a shame as she was fantastic. response for service calls is much better now with new Maint. supervisor Joel.

I agree about the missing of Tovah. She was great about taking care of problems and very quickly. The current property manager has no clue..no customer service skills and most importantly-NO follow thru. The front door of the Commons Building has not been working for a month now-I have made several requests and still is not working. I was going to renew my lease but not now. Paying way too much money to have all these headaches.

Seems management is having problems renting to upscale folks so now the gangster group has moved in and with that come a whole new set of problems. Bass boom is constant and unending as is their complete failure to grasp the concept of what a trash can is and it's intended purpose. Due to this inability to grasp the trash can-trash is now a common accurance in the parking lot and on the street. You can take someone out of the ghetto but you can't take the ghetto out of the person. I suspect we will be having drug busts any day now.
