I live in the Commons building. Loft is great. Quiet and pretty snug as far as heating an AC. Great stainless appliances, bamboo floors, upscale lighting and ceiling fan fixtures.
Parking is $25 extra a month to park next to building. Free parking on street. Now that a lawyers office has moved in to the Dutch Building parking is at a premium and non-existent till after 7 in the evening.
The staff are the worst. No customer service what so ever or follow thru. Front door security pass card system has not worked in a month and I have made several requests to have this issue addressed. Safety is an issue especially when you pass a homeless man in the building due to the passcard system not working. Management team currently in place does NOT care nor are they in possession of any communication skills...I won't be renewing my lease.
