They are fairly big apartments. Nice kitchen (except stains on granite). The wireless internet is decent, but you'll need to get your own for any real speed (Comcast will install here). My only real complaint is the floors in the apt. above mine. They squeak like hell. Every step someone takes up there is extremely loud and the squeaking reverberates through my apartment. I can hear every word of his conversations too. I feel like I know the guy above me and I've never met him.

Fountainhead Services (owner of Plant Zero) has told me that maintenance will take care of the noise. I will edit this review if and when they fix it, but for now, I would not suggest living here due to the noise alone. I've lived in richmond apartments before, and this is just too loud. I don't mean when someone talks loudly or drops something either; I mean I can hear every word and footstep through my ceiling clearly. I'm sure this is the same for the people below me, since my floors are extremely loud also.

You'll need to get multiple fans and have music playing non-stop to drown it out. And then, all you're doing is creating more noise for everyone else to hear.
