From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I have lived at the Pohlig Box Factory for over six months and it is by far the best place I have lived. The apartments are beautiful and well-maintained, and with so many floor plans, you feel you have your own residence. The apartments are incredibly clean and the appliances are modern, sleek and of high quality. The building is maintained 24 hous a day and you always have any rare problem you face fixed quickly. Visually, there are antiques and other decorative touches that make the building feel like a home. The people who live here are professionals and the building is quiet and peaceful. The building is also secure and there is always a feeling that it is a safe place to live. Importantly, the resident manager, Holly Hilton, truly goes above and beyond to make sure that each resident feels welcome upon moving in and remains happy while living here. She is always responsive and professional and goes beyond her job description to help residents in any way. I feel fortunate to have found the Pohlig Box Factory and encourage other professionals looking for a quiet, safe, and impeccably run apartment community to contact the Box Factory. It's wonderful!
