Best Apartment in Shockoe Bottom! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   After moving up the hill to Pohlig Box Factory, my only regret is that we didn't find the PBF sooner! After living at another high profile apartment complex in The Bottom, we came to the conclusion that there is absolutely no comparison. PBF is by far the best apartment building in Shockoe Bottom! The unit is unbelievably gorgeous, with modern touches throughout. The granite countertops and modern appliances were a cook's dream! And the exposed brick throughout the apartment gives it a timeless elegance that lets you know you are living in a piece of history. The Resident Manager; Holly Hilton, is more than just a property manager, she quickly becomes a friend! The maintenance staff is always quick to handle any issues that may arise! Living in the Pohlig Box Factory with it's location, security, and the apartment itself is Richmond City Living at it's finest!
