I love living at the Pohlig Box Factory. I knew from the moment I put the key in the door it was a good decision. A welcome note and a bottle of wine greeted me from my new granite countertop. Talk about a warm welcome!

The complex is located next to the CVS and the Market. It also has a dry cleaners in the building. There's hot chocolate, coffee and tea in the lobby, (beats
paying for Starbucks) but if you get a craving for a latte, there's a Starbucks in the Market right next door.

The management and maintenance are friendly and VERY helpful. If you have a maintenance request, you know it will get done. I asked to have my hot water temperature turned up, and it was done the very next day. It's nice to only have to call once, unlike
other places I've lived.

Finally, the building is decorated with hand woven rugs and antiques in the hallways. It makes you feel like you are in a home instead of a converted tobacco
warehouse/box factory.

Management delivers any packages for me to my apartment AND gives goodies bags on the holidays. It's a nice touch and it makes me feel like I'm appreciated as a resident.

If you are moving to Richmond, this is the only place you need to go.
