I am renewing my lease for another year and wanted to share how happy I have been with living in this apartment building. There are so many perks!
1.) I have a lovely apartment with excellent details (wood, granite, good lighting, tile floors, washer/dryer) and I have a phenomenal courtyard view. Every apartment has it's own special "thing." 2.) The management is 1st rate (thanks Holly!) This building is run like a 5-star hotel and the management is attentive, courteous, informative, and kind. 3.) If you travel as much as I do, this is a very important perk---cat sitting! That's right...no need to bother your friends anymore. Holly checks on my cats while I am away! :) 4.) Beautiful building and a very nice and friendly staff. 5.) Great security 6.) Excellent location that is in walking distance to Church Hill, Shockoe Botton, and downtown.
I consider myself very fortunate to have the opportunity to live here. If anyone reading this has a chance for an apartment in this building then he/she should take it.
