Excellent apartment From: delacruz_1@yahoo.com Date posted: 4/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   My husband and I just moved out of the Pohlig Box Factory, after almost a year of living there. These apartments are unique, well-maintained and a perfect blend of antique design and modern living. The apartment had all the amenities I wanted, including a beautiful view of Churchill, washer/dryer unit in the apartment, wireless internet, a gym and spacious rooms. I cannot rave enough about this apartment complex and especially the apartment manager. She was always available to call regarding questions, problems, etc. I would highly recomment living here.
