I have lived in the fan, northside, west end, and now here. This building puts all others to shame!! The apartments come complete with high end appliances (granite, stainless steel, full size W/D in each unit!!, central air, etc.) yet the building still maintains it long and versatile history and character. Along with well designed apts (I have lived in a couple here) the common areas are lavishly decorated with oriental rugs and antique furniture and everything is kept spotless!!!

The on site management is always avaiable and responds quickly to requests or concerns, which are addressed almost always by the end of the same day! It is extremely obvious the apartment manager takes pride in her work and the building, and has a genuine concern for all of the residents as well (i.e. - offering a free self defense class for all residents). In talking to friends who live in other apt buildings in the area, or anywhere in Richmond for that matter, Pohlig is definitely above all others!! SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
