I recently moved to Richmond from out of state and I am extremely happy with my choice of renting at the Pohlig Box Factory. The on-site manager is extremely helpful and very professional. Even though I was nervous, she made my move very simple. The owner who renovated this building definitely spared no expense and the apartments reflect very modern appliances and unique floor plans. I only wish that these apartments were offered as condos!
