I am a recent renter from Pohlig and I love my apartment. The historic hardwood floors and exposed beams add to the over all "wow" factor of the apartments. The lobby looks amazing, and all of my friends/family have been completely impressed! The property manager, Holly, and her staff are amazing and so helpful. Any items that I email her about needing repair are done within a day! The coffee and hot chocolate bar in the lobby are a life saver for early mornings, and I've never had any problems parking! I will say the only downside I've found is that I have an upstairs neighbor that walks a little heavy, but that happens in apartments. Overall I am completely pleased by my apartment!
