i've had 4 different apartments in the downtown richmond/fan area and the pohlig box factory was by far my favorite! i loved the look of the hallways, the lobby, and my apartment. the coffee and hot chocolate machines are awesome! holly in the leasing office couldn't have been more helpful. i would have lived there longer, but i had to move out of town and end my lease early. holly was great and helped me get out of there quickly, and it was no trouble at all. i would recommed living here if you get the chance! the apartments are always full, and its understandable why! the parking wasn't too bad either, compared to most places downtown. i was sad to leave....
