I have lived in this building over 2 years and would not be leaving except I am getting a house. This has been by far the best rental experience I have ever had. Holly, the manager, treats you as if you owned the place. The building is beautiful and impressive to everyone who enters the warm lobby. The kitchen is top notch. The building is kept very clean. The location couldn't be better. I would recommend Pohlig Box Factory to anyone looking for a rental.
